TITLE 41 - LABOR AND INDUSTRY, CHAPTER 4141 - UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION DUTIES OF EMPLOYERS, § 4141.13 - DIRECTOR OF JOB AND FAMILY SERVICES - ADDITIONAL DUTIES. In addition to all other duties imposed on the director of job and family services and powers granted by this chapter, the director may: ...(Q) Make available upon request to any agency of the United States charged with the administration of public works or assistance through public employment of unemployment benefits under this chapter, and a statement of such recipient's rights to further benefits under this chapter..the name, address, ordinary occupation, and employment status of each recipient...§ 4141.43 - COOPERATION WITH FEDERAL, STATE, AND OTHER AGENCIES...(A) The director of job and family services may cooperate with the industrial commission, the bureau of workers' compensation, the United States internal revenue service, the United States employment service, and other similar departments and agencies, as determined by the director, in the exchange or disclosure of information as to wages, employment, payrolls, unemployment, and other information. The director may employ, jointly with one or more of such agencies or departments, auditors, examiners, inspectors, and other employees necessary for the administration of this chapter and employment and training services for workers in the state.
